Fantastic Service and Stunning Arrangements I've tried 1-800-Flowers in the past, and while they are okay, the arrangements often feel subpar for the price you pay. Jory’s Flowers in Concord, CA, on the other hand, offers beautiful, healthy, and substantial arrangements for virtually the same price, if not better. I’ve ordered from Jory’s several times and have always been pleased with their service and quality. Because of my busy schedule, I rarely have the chance to order in advance, but they always accommodate my same-day requests with ease. Just yesterday, on my 14th anniversary, I called Jory’s and spoke with Nicole, their designer. I explained how busy I’ve been with work and family life, especially since my kids just started school and their soccer schedules are crazy. I needed something special delivered to my wife at work before she got off at 12:30 PM. Even though it was 10 AM when I called, Nicole assured me, “Don’t worry, I got you.” I placed the order online, and she immediately got to work. The flowers were delivered on time, and my wife was ecstatic—she even sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement. Don’t go corporate—support your local small businesses. Jory’s staff is professional, fast, and always super gracious and appreciative of your business. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements. Called to buy a birthday cake shaped arrangement for my wife to give to a co- worker at 1:30 PM. They checked their inventory to make sure they had all the flowers needed and it was ready for pick up two hours later! Great service!

I ordered flowers for my Mother for Valentine’s Day. Mom called as soon as the flowers arrived so excited with her gift. She said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Thank you so much for helping to make her feel special.

We had no appointment nor did we call ahead to have them prepare any bouquet for us. When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles by Don and another associate. He asked us what we wanted and didn't hound us down with prices. He was willing to help and was very personable. We drove over an hour to be in the area for another emergency; Don was empathetic to the entire family and understood our current woes. Humbling customer service and beautiful flowers!

What a wonderful Mother's Day surprise, my favorite thing in the world are flowers. What I love about Jory's is they are local, and their reputation matters. If ever I have an issue or anything, all I have to do is call. The owner picks up with a smile, and if anything goes wrong with your delivery they make it right, immediately. I cannot say enough about the white glove service. THANK YOU JORY's!

I have used Jory’s many times in the past. I recently purchased flowers for my wedding anniversary. I spent $200. What was delivered was almost humorous in how small it was. I was a bit embarrassed, and my wife, of course was completely gracious. I took the arrangement down to Jory’s and the owner could not have been more gracious. He explained that I ordered through a third-party and that sometimes costs get very confusing. He fixed the situation by doing an updated arrangement at no charge. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to see a business owner that genuinely cares about the customer experience. I have used Jory’s for about 20 years and I will continue to do so.

I failed to plan ahead and needed flowers delivered locally same day. Jory’s was able to do that and the arrangement was beautiful! I liked that I could order online and it was a stress-free process. I’ll definitely use Jory’s again!
